In order to learn about the activities and experiences of migrant labor unions operating under SWOAD, the members and administrators of the migrant labor unions of PREDO company working in Hatan Nuwaraeliya district conducted a field visit on 02.12.2023 in Sammantura Pradesh. In this discussion held under the leadership of K. Premalathan, project manager of SWOAD Organisation, ideas were presented and discussed by Mrs. Aisha, President of Sammanthura Migrant Workers Union, and other members of the management especially regarding the activities, experiences and problems faced by migrant workers of SWOAD Organisation And in this discussion Mr. President of PREDO Company. Michal Joachim and other PREDO representatives and employees of foreign labor unions discussed their projects.
