At present, many construction works started in Sri Lanka with multi-crore investments have not achieved their due benefits, and bribery, middleman intervention, substandard construction, use of substandard materials, and environmental damage have an impact on the implementation of the project, and have caused a heavy burden on the people and created economic problems. The purpose of this is to make people aware and make arrangements to implement these schemes with people’s supervision so that such mistakes do not occur.
