On 02.02.2024, the district level monitoring of the activities being carried out by the SWOAD organization was carried out by Mr. S. Senthurasa, the founder and coordinator of the SWOAD organization in Pothuvil and Thirukovil areas. During this, there was a discussion about the progress, shortcomings and problems found in the activities taking place at the regional level and the actions to be taken by the team leaders, administrators and field level employees in this regard. In this discussion, the Chairperson of SWOAD Organization Mrs. Kajendini Suvendran and the Director of Social Development Operations Mr. S. Anandarasa along with Regional Coordinators, Regional Level Managers, Field Workers, Team Leaders and Administrators were also present.
