A discussion regarding the water shortage problems faced by the public in the Inspector Etham and Kundumadu areas of Pottuvil was held on 26.05.2025 with officials from the National Water Supply and Drainage Board at Arugambay. During the meeting, a petition signed by local residents requesting a solution to the water shortage issue was also handed over to the concerned official.
