The planning discussion regarding the activities to be implemented at the village level by the SWOAD organization in the year 2025 was held on 09.01.2025 at the SWOAD Akkaraipattu Head Office, under the leadership of the organization’s Program Manager, Mr. K. Premalathan. All staff members and management board members participated in this discussion, during which the new job responsibilities of the staff and the salary structure were also clarified.
