A planning discussion was held on 24.04.2026 (Friday) at the SWOAD Head Office under the leadership of the Founder and Coordinator of the organization, Mr. S. Senthurasa.
The discussion focused on the challenges faced in implementing organizational activities at the village level, as well as difficulties in mobilizing community members. Alternative strategies and action plans to address these challenges were also discussed.
All head office staff and divisional managers participated in this meeting.
